Authorized Education Providers contribute to the professional development of HR leaders by delivering structured, standards-aligned learning experiences that reflect the capabilities and expectations defined by TMI across its certification pathways. Appointment as an Authorized Education Provider reflects TMI’s confidence in an organization’s instructional capability and its alignment with the intent, rigor, and professional orientation of TMI’s standards.
Authorized Education Providers are approved to design and deliver structured exam-preparation programs mapped to TMI’s published certification requirements.
Within this scope, providers support candidate readiness through instructional delivery while maintaining alignment with TMI’s competency expectations and learning outcomes. Certification assessment, examination administration, and credential issuance remain the responsibility of the Talent Management Institute.
